When was the last time you tried something totally different. I’m not talking about eating Banana peppers on your pizza, I’m talking about a real deal thing that may change your life. Today I did Core Synergistics and thought it was a fantastic workout. Although a lot of time I had no idea what was going on at first, I was pretty happy I completed the whole thing.
This workout covers the core of your body. The Abs, hips, butt, back, and of course your through in some bicep curls, pushups and lunges and you get an overall workout. This is not a muscle focused work out it is a focus of trying to work the right areas when necessary. I know my wife did the workout this morning and she said get ready. I think I sweated more on this than on any other workout so far. Wow. I definitely wouldn’t want to do this every day, but adding this into the mix makes total sense.
I wanted to talk about one of the snacks I’ve been eating during the afternoon before dinner time. Turkey Jerky has come a long way and I must admit it is pretty good. I’ve never really been a Jerky eater, but this is a great supplement for a snack if you want to try something different.
