Still in week three and my goal was to go big and push myself 100% knowing that next week every thing changes in my routine. Today I used the appropriate weight and dropped down some weight on some exercises just to get a deeper workout and the super sets kept coming. I was blasted by the end. I felt the burn, but kept it going. Every time they went for more on the DVD I did as well and then some. It was a power arms workout.
I followed the workout with a P90X Recovery drink, but by the end of the day I didn’t feel like I ate enough food. I really need to get my nutritional goals back on track. I think after this weekend, I will try to eat exactly what they say in the nutritional guide, so I know how much food I really need and what it should feel like.
I’m looking forward to a little YOGA X tomorrow.
