Yes, I slowed down a bunch due to my time constraints, but overall I’m still in amazing shape. I like to motivate people when I think it is very important. P90X Day 90 WOW

I’m not asking for an award or anything, but finishing the P90x 90 day routine was extremely difficult and amazing at the same time. I wasn’t sure how serious I was going to be. The first two months I was really cranking out on both the workout side and nutritional side. The third month was more about the workout routines then the nutrition. Sometimes making a lifestyle change can be very difficult. Following the workouts seven days a week definitely became easier after the first few weeks, but the time commitment was still a factor.

Overall I feel my P90X results were fantastic. I lost weight, built muscle mass, lost body fat percentage and the most important thing of all, I feel amazing. I can’t express this enough. This workout routine kicks your ass. That is the beautiful thing about it. You get worked over hand and foot, but in the end you have something to show for it. A really great workout that I would recommend to anyone looking to get in shape and get there life back in order.

I will have all my pictures up later today or tomorrow. I’m also working on a big p90x review page for all the people reading this that my not know if it is for them or not. This will be pretty descriptive.

P90X Day 75 Legs Back Oh My

Legs and back is a pretty powerful workout. You’re pretty much working out every part of the body. You are focused on your legs, but you can do bicep curls with your leg exercises. You are doing tons of pull ups which works your whole upper body whether you know it or not. This thing really kicks your butt, especially around wall squat time. Those things are hammers.

I haven’t been talking about AB ripper too much lately. I’ve seen a lot of results with my ABs. If you stick to your Ab workouts they will develop. You may also be surprised that if you eat well and do Ab ripper how much the results will improve. Just stick with it.

P90X Day 45 Half Way There

The party is almost over? I don’t think so.

Reaching another milestone today made me realize just how cool this ride has been. I’ve put in so much effort these weeks and it’s really paying off. I keep pressing play every day. As long as you can eat fairly well and continue to do the workouts, you will get to where you want to be. These next 45 days I will most likely have to dig down to find a little more motivation. I also look forward to the countdown. This will never mean the end, just another amazing milestone.

Some Half Way Stats
Day 1 Weight – 179
Day 45 Weight – 169

Day 1 Body Fat – 21%
Day 45 Body Fat – 14%

Now this is using one of those Body Fat Calipers, so you never know if they are accurate. I haven’t broken 170 since I was maybe 18 years old. Now I’m almost 36 and I’m reaching these numbers. I do feel good.

P90X Day 36 Plyometrics Push Ups Baby

Monday got off to a slow start for my body. It was dragging way behind until at least snack time this morning. I did have a Pure Protein Protein Bar, which got me going about an hour later. I commenced my Chest, Shoulders, Triceps workout with a lot more weight and less reps. Although the Chest exercises were mostly push ups for the shoulders and Triceps I pushed the weight up at least five pounds if not more on some of the moves.

The flow was great and I was really excited about today. P90x results should come out of this for sure. After 50 minutes of non stop training you are going to see results. Stay committed is what I keep saying to myself and my wife and it is working. Too sum up after to hearing my buddy was flying like a frog last night with his kids I decided to do some Plyometrics Push-ups and I was totally impressed by the 11 reps I was able to do. I got completely off the ground by a good mark, but by the end I was definitely slowing down. A great work out. I’ll be ready for the real Plyometrics workout tomorrow, so stay tuned for more P90X Results WorkOUT information.

P90X – It’s Time

It’s time for me to get my health back in shape and to be honest, it’s time for me to get my health in the best shape it has ever been. So my dilemma was what should I do? Do I go to a gym where I pay so much a month only to go the first couple of weeks and then I start bailing, and waste money? Do I make up my own routine for the basement with weights and some cardio only to realize I’m not working hard enough? I really need something that would kick my butt and put me in a spot I’ve never been before. This is where I saw a p90x commercial or should I say infomercial. I had not seen it in over a year and here it was talking right to me. Good job marketing people.

I decided to do my research online and see the results from real people, not just the ones on TV. I start reading these amazing stories of strength building and weight loss and the motivation to keep you going. I was truly amazed how many people have either completed the 90 days or are working through them right now. This is when I said to myself, geez, if I can’t commit to something for 90 days I will not be in the best shape of my life. So, I decided to purchase the program and prove to myself that I can be much healthier in 90days.

This blog is a story of My P90x Results and the trials and tribulations that I’m going through during these 90 days. There will be pictures of proof, and some statistics taken of my results. I will share as much information as I can to show you that if I can do this program most of you can do it as well. I will include some of my nutritional habits and daily goals. This is going to kick my ass, but in a sense, I’m looking forward to it.

Here are some of the things I was doing up until Day 1. I would run my two dogs for about 1 mile 2-3 times a week and I would rotate several weight lifting exercises on those days. Push ups, pull ups, curls, and a few other obvious lifting techniques. After running the first few days I really started feeling good, but I knew this was not enough. This is when I knew I needed to take this to the next level. At this point, I was looking forward to my DVD’s to come and one day they showed up at my house. Fantastic.

The first thing I looked at was not the big DVD booklet holding 13 DVD’s; it was the huge nutritional plan guide. Oh boy, this might be harder than the workout. I knew I had to cut out the soda, bad Carbs, doughnuts, ice cream and all my favorites, but this had to be done. So for about a week I started eating much healthier cutting out almost every thing you shouldn’t eat. The one thing I missed most was that 3 Tablespoons of Half and Half or .50./.50 as I like to call it, in my coffee every morning. Skim milk does not cut the acidity in the coffee. This will take some time to get used to for sure. It had to be done.

So after a week, I planned out when Day 1 will occur. This was hard, because the workout requires a lot more time than I was used to giving. That day is August 31, 2009, otherwise known as D-Day. I’m excited and nervous, thinking what if I can’t do these exercises and routines. All I can say is do my best and results will come. As long as I keep it fun, the motivation will not be a factor, but we shall see what I’m made of.

I’m look forward to this test and I plan to give 100%. 90 Days, no big deal Right?
