I’ve recently been using a pretty cool IPhone app to track my workouts. It’s pretty simple to use and allows me to enter in my data with ease while at the gym. After trying several different Workout Apps, I finally found one that worked for what I need.
At this moment I have three routines I’m following at the Gym. I’m able to create these individual workouts as well as add any exercise I want to add. This allows me to add some of the funky moves I do that my trainer taught me.
It didn’t take me long to get used to this app and really take advantage of it. This Workout App may workout for you as well. It cost’s $2.99 at the ITunes store and at this point is totally worth the cost.
