Kenpo X finishes off the third week of some intense training. I’m proud to say I made it through 3 weeks straight without missing a workout. I think I’m more proud of my wife for doing the same thing. Getting up at 5:45am almost every morning is insane and I totally respect her effort. She stressed some concerns today that she is not losing that much weight, but is feeling stronger. Maybe she should have done the lean program, but I told her to get through this 90 days and see what her results are and then kick in a total cardio program like ChaLean.
As for me Kenpo X, it was fun today, and although I wish it was a little more intense I still felt great at the end and dropped a few ounces of sweat. I plan to take tomorrow and rest, watch a little football and eat right. Then come Monday, I will rock it again.
I’ve included my Day 20 photos to show where I stand. I feel good which is all I really care about at this point. I’m looking forward to 3 new DVD’s next week, but we’ll see how I do with them.
