P90X Day 78 Chest Triceps Shoulders and Phil Again

This workout flew by today which made it nice. I was able to complete it with some solid weight and repetition. I was able to push myself to some new goals as well. It’s always nice when you can break your old numbers without hurting your form. Since focusing on more weight, this has been a bit of a challenge for me. I kept my ego in check when it came to awkward weight positions like in the Tricep arena.

It almost makes me sad that this will be the last time doing this workout in my 90 day cycle. What a ride this has been. Off to Plyometrics tomorrow so we’ll see you at the top with all the P90X.com Results.
