This workout has really moved up in the ranks in my book. I want to run out and get one of the rubber hitting dudes, where you can take swings at it and see where my punches and kicks are landing. I’ve watched this DVD a lot so I know I sound like a broker record, but you must do this workout with full intensity to get the most out of it. All you have to do is really use your whole body on every move. This will work you out that much more than just punching or kicking. Tomorrow will be a day off and we kick into Week 11. Wow, time is flying.
