P90X Day 53 X Stretch

Today is the middle of the recovery week and I decided to stick with the plan of attack by doing X-Stretch.  I was focused for most of it.  After a while I got a little bored, but understood that it had to be done.  Nothing is really hard in this workout.  I should say it can be as hard as you want it to be.  I look forward to tomorrow’s workout and plan to kick it up a notch.  I want to finish this week strong.

As for my diet, which I haven’t been doing so well lately has me a little concerned.  Next week we start a new phase diet and I want to do my best to stick with it.  I don’t know what I’m going to do without my protein shake.  It should be interesting.
