I was waiting for today knowing that I would be doing a new routine and although I could have done this DVD in first few weeks ago, I decided to give my body a rest on those days. The X-Stretch DVD turns out to be an essential part of your workout week. In week four it shows up right in the middle. This was perfect timing to get into all those important moves that keep you flexible and balanced.
I wasn’t expecting 57 minutes of stretching, but in the end I was one happy workoutee. The thing rocks. It really makes you think, why didn’t I do it week one. I was thinking rest day is a day of rest, but it is obvious that you should be stretching on rest day. Also these stretches are used throughout all the other videos so it lets you practice even more. You will know what you are doing faster without looking at the TV. I see a lot of Tony Horton these days, but the more I get to know the moves the better.
I was fortunate to meet someone today who started at the same time as me on this journey. I will share his web site with you as soon as he makes the video he told me he was going to do. We are now being accountable for our training and already he has shared so much knowledge. This is me keeping him accountable on that video. Stay tuned.
