P90X Day 24 – Weak at the knees

Knowing the last few times I did Kenpo X, I was worked out, but not as much as I thought I would be, I decided to bring it this time with more intensity. Even during the breaks I was moving and grooving. I decided to make this the best Kenpo workout so far and it really paid off. I had my heart rate up and I was sweating like crazy, it was just an all around nice training session.

My wife and have been noticing the impact stuff weighing in on our knees a bit. Our basement, which is nice, but unfinished, has concrete floors. We knew it was time to get some kind of padding on the floor. At least it could give us a softer landing than we’ve been dealing with

  1. I think P90x is fantastic. It is the best thing that’s happened to me since my 1st child was born. Change of life. I have heard a little bit about being a coach.
