Rest, Rest, Rest. A day of rest and Football. I made a move on a steak last night and felt a bit guilty about it, since it was a much bigger portion than I should have had. I guess if you want to call it a cheat meal, this was it. I did deserve it however, but I will not be doing that for a while.
I’m looking forward to kicking ass this week as well as bringing it up a notch for sure. Super Sets are my goal, especially in round two of the workouts.
